I usually don’t rant on Tumblr, but there is a first time for everything!
Okay so my parents are not together and my father is court ordered to pay a certain amount of my tuition. Sounds like everything’s taken care of right? WRONG! My father owes the school 7 grand, and if he doesn’t pay by the 1st of June I can’t go on this archaeological dig in Jamaica! My father has no problem giving 150$ to my sister who is just using it to buy weed and get high! Now I’m not a hypocrite. I like to smoke every once in a blue moon (which is like once every 6 months or so), but I don’t ask my parents for money to do it! And besides I’m the one going to college trying to get an education while my sister is home deciding if she wants to be with her abusive boyfriend or not. So my father would rather help my sister support her drug habits then help me pay for school so i can be successful in life. Please tell me if this makes any sense to anyone!
